Public Observatory

Click here for bigger picture...On every Friday and Saturday, if the skies are clear, our telescopes are available for visitors to observe celestial bodies.

There are two telescopes at the Public Observatory terrace - Zeiss refracting telescope (110/2200 mm) and reflector Tall 200 K (200/2200 mm) - used primarily for night observations. Observations are enriched by our observers' and associates' comments and the night entrance fee is 30,00 dinars.

At the Public Observatory terrace, also four panoramic telescopes are installed for daily observations of the city's panorama (unique place in Belgrade).
